I talked with lonesome po boy...he told me Lon had passed. I knew for years in the corridor ( i left the area in 88) ersatz TV, theater and film fan...lover of friends and music. A truly cool, down to earth brother. He stayed at my place on Brooklyn one winter....great neighbor,
gave me an education about how to be a good tenant.

Mysterious...thoughtful...wry...generous...clever. ..
creative...spiritual...unique. I hadn't seen Lon for years, but have many good memories of visiting him on 4th Street, going to meditation events, being introduced to Ayurvedic medicine, & his sharing and caring for sisters & brothers like Don Mulligan [Starheart.] I'll always remember how proud he was to have a bit part in Sam Raimi's cult classic "Crimewave" -- you can see his hand getting smashed in a glovebox, heheh. Party on, Lon....
