While I'm not sure if Paul ever lived in "the neighborhood", he cofounded the band The Bump (see www.answers.com/topic/bump-rock-band) at WSU in the late 60s. I know they played on The WSU Mall on several occasions, as well as many clubs in the CC. Paul was a fixture at WSU at "The Ledge" between Community Arts Aud. and The Music Bld. in the 60s and 70s.
Paul had been ill for months and we got word last night that he had succumbed. A virtuoso keyboardist, and great human being, he will be missed. RIP Paul.

Don't worry, those of us from the other Washington school will never cheer for the Huskies eehtir, so we understand and won't hold it against you. And then we will privately (on the World Wide Web) deface your blog by pointing out that Cougars are apparently much less expensive to care for than Huskies. Go Cougs!

vc, u r right, partly.that is why i think the only case one shloud bet is when there are a lot of money in the accumulated bonus pool, i.e >2.5x the total bet amount, in theory, see below for more.but this only applies for the 1st prize, which takes the bonus pool. i.e., if you were so unfortunate as to get the 2nd prize. you are still out of odd.

I am so jealous! I wish they had that when I was away at University, maybe then I wuodln't have gained so much weight (P.S. still hasn't completely come off which is why I am still on NIM - how unfair!).
