Hey Tanisha, I remember you visiting my roommate Chuck in the late 80s on Prentis. I think you were still in high school! Later on, you used to be a regular at Mark and Nevada (Wisbeck) Jefferson's place on Forrest. I lived next door to them. I've lived in many places in the corridor from 88 - 96, but the place at Forrest & 3rd was where I felt the sense of community most strongly.

Hey Michelle!! i'd forgotten all about that apt., we were all enamored of Anne Rice and used to call Chuck "Lestat". Yes, I was in high school! What ever happened to Mark and Nevada, are they still married? I met Nevada when she was still w/ Sean Kearney, the infamous alcoholic. Write Back!

Hi Chris, I have been married for 5 years and living in NY for 6. My husband works in the city and we live on the north shore Long Island. My son is named Max and will be 3 in January. He is the greatest...yesterday I asked him what he wanted for breakfast and he said, "hmmm how bout pizza?":-) How old are your kids? Before I had Max I had no idea how much you love your children, it's all consuming isn't it?:-)
Are you still living in Detroit?

We reside in Roseville, MI. Both working on our BA Degrees. (I'll graduate in August!)I'm a Certified Addictions Counselor (I love helping people)and Col is a legal assistant. Our kids are 11 and 6 (Jasmine and Phillip) Phil changes daily what he wants to be when he grows up : fireman, mountain climber, veteranarian, etc. Jas is already a published poet and plans on being a lawyer.I Love being a dad!Being a parent is like nothing else. Sounds like you do too. That cd I released contained recordings from the past and by releasing it I was able to both let much of those years go and change the ending which it did ( A song was picked up by a producer Atomic Mouse recordings in Chicago)I talk to Tanisha frequently and she is a close friend. This is so cool hearing from you.

Yeah it bounced back, here is my address Chris, it's tonia67@gmail.com

I hope you spend a nice labor day enjoying the last of summer with your family. You sound like a great Dad. We are going to be working on the house (we have been working on this crazy clapboard victorian for almost 3 years...it is driving us crazy now) Andrew has to repair some rotten wood, and I'm going to get some clams from the local clam digger for pasta tonight, but that's about it. Should be kinda low key:-) Oh, my mom lives in NY now too, she says Hi! Whatever happened to Kathy? I remember all of us going to her parents house for a BBQ, it was on a lake...Take Care, hope to hear from you.
